In the case of KIPS DOO and Drekalović v. Montenegro (No. 28766/06), the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg has delivered a judgment on just satisfaction, which obliges the State of Montenegro to pay to KIPS DOO (“The first applicant”) a total of EUR 4,535,595.20 for a violation of Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 to the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.
